FULL EPISODE SYNOPSIS (spoiler!)

Fresh from Grace's funeral, the remaining Fosters begin packing up Grace's belongings. In her purse they find four letters, one for each grandchild and another from Arianna Preston, extending her sympathies on Rex Foster's passing.

After spending a day and night with Sophia, Ben tells her he's leaving Monarch Cove and he's not taking her with him. When Sophia storms off in a huff, Ben gives her a time and place to meet him. But he leaves before the scheduled departure time - alone.

To take Bianca's mind off of the funeral, Eddie takes Bianca to see a piece of land he purchased with the intention of building a cabin. In this idyllic setting, Eddie tries again to ask Bianca that all-important question, but Bianca decides it's time to read Grace's note, which reminds her that love will find her, and not the other way around.

On returning to the hotel, Bianca, with Jake, spots a woman who looks like Grace and can no longer hold in her grief, which puts Jake in the role of comforter and the former lovers in very close quarters.

When Kathy thanks Victor for the flowers he sent to Grace's funeral, he asks her again to leave Monarch Cove with him. She refuses. But the secret of their past is out: Jake learns from Bianca that Victor is Kathy's ex.
Parker, still concerned about the casino losing money especially since Jake is at his throat about it, sweet-talks Kathy into playing a new fixed game with Victor. The deal: Kathy baits Victor into a no-limit poker game, promising that she'll leave town with him if he wins. She'll work with an inside man to cheat at the game — and get a nice reward from Parker when she brings back the bacon.

Just before the game, Kathy opens Grace's card to her, which tells Kathy to follow her heart. When she spots Parker flirting with a poker dealer, Kathy plays the game straight, and Victor, to Parker's chagrin, wins the pot. Victor and Kathy make a quick exit to his boat, but Kathy regrets her decision when Victor's temper flares. She tries to back out, but Victor hits her and threatens to do worse if she tries to leave. He pulls a gun, but Kathy manages to take it from him and pull the trigger.
